During this 3 hour-session, the expectant mother and her partner, or support person, will learn and practice natural coping measures for labor, such as movement, positions, massage, birth ball, peanut ball, rebozo, breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, visualization, imagery, focal point, self-talk, vocalization, music, essential oils, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, Tapping), Reiki.
Perfect to take as a refresher for the ones who attended childbirth classes in their early pregnancy, or for those who have given birth before.

Yoga mat or blanket
Your favorite snacks, lunch or dinner according to the time the class is taken.
